To keep you and our staff safe, we have a number of COVID-19 policies and procedures in place. You will receive a COVID-19 e-mail survey 48 hours in advance of appointments. Please come alone and wear a mask to your appointment, and sanitize your hands on arrival. We will be reviewing your COVID-19 screening questionnaire at the beginning of your visit.
We will be accepting card payment only at this time, and will collect your credit card information when you book your appointment.
